The Asian Development Research Institute (ADRI) is a policy think tank dedicated to advancing research and knowledge dissemination in the areas of socio-economic development, policy analysis, and sustainable development. Our mission is to contribute to informed decision-making through high-quality research and data analysis. ADRI is also working on impact-focused knowledge management via institutionalizing, showcasing, and facilitating quality and sustainable evidence-based learning through research and action across diverse sectors – Health, Education, Livelihood, Climate Sustainability, Gender Equality, Development, Finance and allied sectors along with intersectoral linkages for multiple partners and varied stakeholders.
ADRI is looking to hire field associates for different projects in Bihar.
Key Responsibilities
- · Conduct field visits across Bihar
- · Data collection (quantitative & qualitative)
- · Field documentation & reporting
- · Support surveys, FGDs & interviews
- · Ensure data quality and timely reporting
- · Use mobile-based data collection tools
Eligibility Criteria
- · Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- · Knowledge of local language(s)
- · Willingness to travel extensively
- · Willingness to work as a team member
- · Abide by the institutional standard working protocols of data collection
Remuneration
Rs 20,000 per month (Consolidated).
Contract Duration
6 Months (Extendable based on performance)
