Brief of the Organization:
The Centre for Health Policy (CHP) at the Asian Development Research Institute (ADRI) in Patna has been set up with support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to strengthen the health sector in Bihar with a multi-dimensional and multi-disciplinary approach. Its aim is to engage in rigorous analysis of the health system and inform policy makers to fine tune interventions for even stronger outcomes in Bihar.
Position: Field Supervisor
Number of position:One
Duration: 1 year
Eligibility:
Required
· Graduate with at least 2-years experiences as a supervisor in the development sector
· Familiar with field work in rural areas
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Good knowledge of MS Office/ Excel
· Should be resident of Bihar
Desired
· Experience of working in the public health sector
· Experience of conducting qualitative and/or quantitative studies
Responsibilities:
· Set goals for performance so that deadlines are not missed
· Plan, organize workflow & ensure that employees understand their delegated tasks
· Strict monitoring, supervision & providing constructive feedback
· Receiving complaints & resolving problems
· Scheduling & organizing meetings with Government officials & other stakeholders
· Inter-district travel when requires
