Brief Profile:
Dr. Deepak Kumar is an Assistant Professor (Law and Governance Scientist) at the Asian Development Research Institute, Patna. Dr. Kumar earned his MPhil and PhD degrees in Law and Governance from the Centre for the Study of Law and Governance at Jawaharlal Nehru University. He also holds a Master's Degree in Development (Law and Governance) from Azim Premji University, a PG Diploma in Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, and a BA (H) in Political Science from Delhi University. He was previously associated with a Delhi-based non-profit organization working on housing and land rights issues, as well as various media organizations.
