Events of Adri society
Patna, 3 March. A Condolence meeting was held today in ADRI in the chairmanship of Prof. Prabhat P Ghosh to pay homage to Professor Sudipto Adhikari on his sad demise. The members of the Asian Development Research Institute (ADRI), Patna are greatly shocked to know about the sudden demise of Professor Sudipto Adhikari, who was Vice Chancellor, Patna University and has been associated with our Institute for a long time as the Chairman of the State Resource Centre and Member, Board of Management, Jan Shikshan Sansthan, ADRI. He had made enormous contributions to the academic field, and many other social issues. His departure was indeed premature and he could have served the society for many more years. The academic and civil society in Patna will find it extremely difficult to get one who could fill the void left by him.
